How to start  a gym?


Choose a cardio machine  like  a "treadmil"and eliptical and aim to stick with it for 20 to 30 minutes

or whatever seem to be achievement  for you .start slowly and gradualy .


TREADMIL:

Treadmil is a running track where a person run and 
burn their fat or cholestrol that can prevent from many
chronic diseases it is the initial step of starting 
your fitness activity.

 

WEIGHT LIFTER:

The barbell  is best for strength sport ethletes and those looking to make major  strength gain  while dumbells are best for beigners training people and reduce the risk of injury people can do it at home.


Barbells are heavy in weight   it can be difficult  for the beigners because their body is not usedto of this heavy workout so they should be start from low weight dumbells  that didn't  effect the 
health.
